I’m trying to decide between joining a Real Estate Workshop or taking an online course to improve my investing knowledge. Workshops seem more hands-on and practical, especially when it comes to analyzing deals and learning real-world strategies.
On the other hand, online courses offer flexibility and self-paced learning. For those who have tried either (or both), which one helped you more in actually getting started or scaling your real estate portfolio?
